The “outdoor café” concept, Selera Laman Perdana near to Perdana Putra Building houses F & B kiosk that offers a wide variety of menus. This area opens as early as 7am and for the early birds, there are stalls selling breakfast food such as roti canai, nasi lemak and an assortment of noodles., especially for visitors. There is a fountain in the middle of the courtyard which is lighted up at night, making it a beautiful sight. Among the menus offerred include char kuetiau, Nasi Ayam Berempah, burger, Western cuisine and satay.
